- Bookings and Payments
- Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Orange Trike and Private Tours.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is due before or on the tour date.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash and bank transfer.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- By the Client:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will not be refunded.
- By Orange Trike and Private Tours:
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather,mechanical issues), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Tour Participation
- Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 8 years old for trike tours and 18 years old for any winery tours.
- Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health and able to meet the physical demands of the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or concerns prior to booking.
- Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or disruptive guests.
- Liability and Insurance
- Personal Belongings: Orange Trike and Private Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
- Changes to Tours
- Itinerary Changes: While we strive to adhere to the advertised itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Vehicle Substitution: In the event of mechanical issues with our primary vehicles, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle or mode of transport.
- Privacy Policy
- Personal Information: We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.
