We recommend bringing a towel, your sense of fun, sunscreen, comfortable footwear for cycling, a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and a small bag to carry your belongings while cycling.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Our tours are open to adventurers aged 12 and above. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my own bike?
While you’re welcome to bring your own bike, please note that you’ll need to arrange your own transport to and from the island, as well as your own snorkel gear if you wish to snorkel. Our tour package includes bike hire, so you can leave the logistics to us
Is wearing a bicycle helmet required?
Yes, bicycle helmets are required by West Australian law; these are supplied with your equipment hired.
Is it hard to cycle around Rottnest Island?
The route you will be taking is a moderate route designed for the adventurous looking to find more info about the history and natural wonders of Rottnest island. Riding time is between 1.5 – 3 hours and covers around 10 kilometers making it suitable for people with some cycline experience.
